You will be required to submit valid government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. suhagame reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
suhagame accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved payment methods as displayed on the Platform. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. suhagame does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. suhagame targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 15 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. suhagame reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
All transactions on the suhagame Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). suhagame is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your payment provider.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. suhagame reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts. You will be notified by SMS or email before any dormancy fee is applied. Dormancy fees will not reduce your account balance below zero.

suhagame's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your suhagame account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
suhagame does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
suhagame reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if suhagame reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority.
Upon termination for cause, suhagame may withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, suhagame reserves the right to forfeit the balance. If no breach is confirmed, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
You may close your suhagame account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (net of applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of KYC verification.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the suhagame Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact suhagame's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. suhagame will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
suhagame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, suhagame will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the suhagame Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
